Rebecca is leaving Westmore Insure after 9 years
After 9 years of being with Westmore Insure, Rebecca is leaving to pursue a new career.
I remember meeting Rebecca when the local college that she attended asked a few business owners, me included, to do some dummy interviews with their students to help teach them how it works in the real world and to prepare them for what lied ahead. Rebecca was brimming with confidence and after the 'interview' I asked her what her plans were and as she didn't really have any I asked her to pop down as I was looking for admin staff at the time. The rest is history!
Rebecca has grown from strength to strength over the years and not only become a Mum to Cleo but also learnt everything about the business from the ground up, trained the staff, created policies in the business and passed her Diploma in insurance (which she thoroughly enjoyed....!) and also reached the office manager position becoming one of the best members of staff that I have had.
It is sad to see Rebecca leave but everyone at Westmore wishes her, Keillan & Cleo every success and happiness in their lives ahead
