Natwest Local Hero Mortgage Award - Nomination

We are delighted to announce that Westmore Insure Ltd has been nominated for the Best Firm in Wales in the Natwest Local Hero Mortgage Awards!

Natwest is recognising brokers in the industry that have gone beyond everyday expectations to put the customer and their local community at the heart of their firm

The nomination is down to a combination of the outstanding customer service that Paul & Rebecca have supplied for our mortgage customers and the lenders as well as all of the staff getting heavily involved in supporting both the 10YFan event and Holibobs Children's Cancer Charity.

NatWest head of intermediary mortgages Graham Felstead (pictured) said: “We are delighted to be hosting our NatWest Local Hero Mortgage Awards initiative specifically aimed at recognising the hard work and commitment of mortgage adviser firms that have gone above and beyond expectations.

“These firms have exemplified putting the customer and their local community at the heart of everything they do, in addition to providing sound financial advice for those consumers within their locality.

“We have been overwhelmed with the positive response from adviser firms. The volume and quality of the submissions we received for judging were hugely impressive and I would like to thank each and every firm who submitted an entry

The award night is on the 13th March at Birmingham Town Hall and Westmore Insure Ltd is among 60 firms in the UK that have been shortlisted so we will obviously update you with the result!

We are delighted to become a corporate supporter of ACM which is a charity for older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil. Since 1977, they've been working to get older people the help they want, when they want it. They offer a wide range of information, advice and services to help older people stay living independently for as long as possible. Their work is designed to make life easier and their dedicated staff and volunteer team offer independent and confidential information, advice and support on a variety of issues such as care, legal, health, housing, income and benefits, consumer, leisure, learning and work. Promotion for Rebecca

Rebecca has been with Westmore Insure for a number of years and has rightly earned a promotion to Insurance & Office Manager. Rebecca has passed her Cert Cii exam with flying colours and is now in well into the next stage of a Diploma qualification. All insurance enquiries now go through Rebecca and her team - well done Rebecca!

A new member of staff

Connor has been with us for a while now having joined us to learn all there is to know about insurance! He has already become an expert at home insurance and a number of clients have been putting his knowledge to the test! Congratulations as well to Connor as he has recently passed his Cii Certificate in insurance! Connor's hobbies include photography as you can see from the brilliant photos on this website!
